PDI recupera especies sustraídas en compañía minera
Detectives de la Brigada Investigadora de Robos (BIRO) de la PDI de Copiapó, recuperaron una camioneta marca Mahindra, año 2021, avaluada en 20 millones de pesos y un manipulador telescópico utilizado para la elevación de personas con un avalúo de $80.000.000 de pesos.
Por solicitud de la Fiscalía Local de Copiapó, detectives de esta brigada especializada, realizaron las primeras diligencias de una denuncia cursada por el delito de Robo con Intimidación con retención de víctimas.
El hecho habría ocurrido el día 7 de diciembre durante la madrugada, cuando aproximadamente 6 sujetos ingresaron a la compañía minera Carmen Bajo donde intimidaron con armas de fuego al guardia de seguridad para posteriormente atarlo y encerrarlo en el portamaletas de un vehículo.
Posteriormente los sujetos sustrajeron diversas herramientas y vehículos de propiedad de la compañía, encerraron al guardia en un container del lugar y luego huyeron en dirección desconocida.
Los vehículos recuperados fueron entregados a su propietario, previo trabajo científico técnico desarrollado por detectives del Laboratorio de Criminalística de la PDI de Copiapó.
