La variante Delta de la covid-19 llegó a Chile según confirmó hoy el ministro de Salud, Enrique Paris.
Se trata de una paciente de 43 años residente de Talca y que regresó de Estados Unidos.
“Ingresó por el aeropuerto de Santiago, fue chequeada inmediatamente, se secuenció ese virus y desgraciadamente se demostró que es un paciente con variante Delta, muchísimo más contagiosa”, dijo Paris en la Sala de la Cámara de Diputados.
