Examen de evaluación técnica: Defensoría invita a rendir examen habilitante para abogados.

*La inscripción a la prueba por parte de los asistentes es obligatoria, la que podrá hacerse hasta el 31 de marzo hasta las 13:00 horas.

La Defensoría Penal Pública invita a todos los abogados/as interesados en ejercer como defensores penales públicos a lo largo del país, en calidad de defensores licitados o bien para integrar nóminas de reemplazos, a participar en el primer proceso de este año, el que se realizará de manera virtual y a nivel nacional a las 14:30 horas, del próximo jueves 15 de abril de 2021.

No se considerarán solicitudes de inscripción posterior a las 13:00 horas del día 31 de marzo de 2021.

Dada la permanencia de la contingencia sanitaria y a fin de resguardar la salud de los abogados y abogadas, así como de los funcionarios de la Defensoría, la rendición de la prueba se realizará de manera remota, en línea y en tiempo real.

La rendición de examen habilitante será a nivel nacional, siendo a las 14:30 horas la prueba de Defensa General y a las 17:00 horas, la prueba de Defensa Penitenciaria.

Los resultados de éstos serán publicados oportunamente en la página web www.dpp.cl

Desarrollo del Proceso

Se crearán salas webex que estarán a cargo de cada Jefe de Estudios Regional y/o, según la cantidad de inscritos por región, se abrirá una sala adicional a cargo del Director Administrativo Regional correspondiente.

A objeto de entregar indicaciones, aclarar dudas y orientar a las personas inscritas sobre los procedimientos de conexión, antes de la fecha de rendición de los exámenes, se realizará una reunión informativa y de reconocimiento de sala, el día lunes 12 de abril próximo, entre las 15:00 y 16:00 horas, las cuales serán dirigidas por cada Coordinador de Sala.

Los links de las salas e información específica de la prueba, serán informados por la región a cada participante, según listado entregado de inscritos y serán publicados en la web institucional.

Cada participante inscrito, recibirá un correo electrónico con las instrucciones específicas, contraseña e hipervínculos para conectarse, todos enviados por la región que corresponda. Esta información será enviada durante los días 7, 8 y 9 de abril al correo electrónico registrado en la inscripción.

¿QUÉ ES EL EXAMEN DE EVALUACIÓN TÉCNICA?

El examen de evaluación técnica o prueba habilitante que aplica la Defensoría Penal Pública es requisito para que los abogados/as puedan desempeñarse como defensores penales públicos, ya sea postulando a las licitaciones del servicio o bien para integrar las nóminas de reemplazos en empresas o instituciones privadas que lo presten.
