Dos personas sobrevivieron al accidente de avión en Pakistán que dejó 97 muertos
Al menos 97 personas murieron al estrellarse un avión en un barrio residencial de Karachi este viernes en el sur de Pakistán, informaron este sábado las autoridades locales. El aparato de Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), un Airbus A320 estaba a punto de aterrizar cuando se estrelló entre las casas, provocando una explosión y grandes nubes de humo negro.
El avión procedente de Lahore transportaba a 99 personas (91 pasajeros y 8 miembros de la tripulación). El balance da cuenta de 97 muertos y dos supervivientes e incluye a todos los ocupantes del avión, señalaron los servicios sanitarios de la provincia de Sindh, cuya capital es Karachi. Un hospital local informó de varios muertos en tierra.
