Una excelente jornada deportiva se vivió en la Primera Versión del Mini Open de Judo Atacama
El torneo fue organizado y financiado por el Área de Competencias del Instituto Nacional de Deportes de Atacama, y se realizó éste sábado 21 de diciembre el Polideportivo Karen Gallardo Pinto de Copiapó.
En el certamen participaron cuatroclubes de la región, 2 de Copiapó, el Jita Kyo Eí con 11 competidores y La Merced con 18 judokas.
Por su parte de Tierra Amarilla lo hizo con el club Fujiyama con 23 deportista y el Jigoro Kano 7 participantes, completando sobre 60 competidores en total, lo que es una muestra del gran desarrollo que está teniendo este deporte olímpico en la provincia de Copiapó.
Las categorias en competición fueron las promociónales infantiles: sub11, sub 13, sub 15, sub 18, Novicios y libre damas y varones.
Los ganadores del medallero general fueron: 1er lugar Fujiyama de Tierra Amarilla.
2º lugar La Merced de Copiapó, 3er lugar Jita Kyo Ei de Copiapó y
4º lugar Kigoro Kano de Tierra Amarilla.
Un gran evento deportivo en que los judokas mostraron lo aprendido, y demostrando además las ganas de seguir compitiendo.
