Trágico inicio de Fiestas Patrias: Padre e hija fallecen al incendiarse buggy en sector dunas Cerro Imán
Nada hacía presumir que una jornada de paseo y distracción por el sector de dunas, al inicio de la celebración de Fiestas Patrias, a bordo de un buggy, al cabo de algunos minutos y por causas que deberán ser investigadas, iba a terminar en tragedia para una familia copiapina.
Los antecedentes dados a conocer por la oficina de Onemi regional señala que cerca de las 11:30horas de ayer se tomó conocimiento por parte del personal del SAMU del incendio que había afectado a un buggy en el sector de dunas de Cerro Imán, percatándose que en lugar se encontró a una persona, adulto sexo masculino, fallecido y además una persona, menor de edad, con graves lesiones producto del incendio del débil móvil y que posteriormente no habría sobrevivido a las atenciones brindadas por el personal de SAMU.
Al lugar del fatal accidente concurrieron bomberos, Samu y Carabineros y del hecho se dio cuenta al fiscal de turno que determinará las investigaciones a seguir para conocer la causa del incendio del buggy y a su vez solicitar la concurrencia del personal del SML para proceder al traslado de las víctimas hasta sus dependencias para la realización de las respectivas autopsias y posterior entrega de los cuerpos a sus familiares para su velatorio y luego sus funerales. Al momento del cierre no se habían dado a concoer las identidades de las 2 víctimas fatales.
