Trabajadoras de Integra participaron de Formación Bienal ad portas del inicio del año parvulario 2022
La atención presencial de niños y niñas en los establecimientos de educación inicial se retomarán a partir del miércoles 2 de marzo.
Con la finalidad de fortalecer la labor educativa de los 30 equipos de jardines infantiles y salas cuna y Jardín Sobre Ruedas de Fundación Integra Atacama, directoras, educadoras y técnicos de párvulos, asistentes administrativas y auxiliares de servicio de jornada habitual y extensión horaria participaron del Hito 1 de la Formación Bienal de la entidad.
En la oportunidad, alrededor de 600 trabajadoras en la región profundizaron en las temáticas de Bases Curriculares de la Educación Parvularia y Referente Curricular, para profundizar así en su relación conjunta con familias y comunidades en el marco de su Proyecto Educativo Institucional (PEI).
Yanira Figueroa, jefa territorial de Calidad Educativa de Integra Atacama, explicó que “en la jornada se actualizaron, analizaron y reflexionaron contenidos para la implementación de las Bases Curriculares y el Referente Curricular, en relación al PEI de cada establecimiento”. Además, la jefatura agregó que “los equipos educativos aprovecharon mucho la formación, que contó con el apoyo de profesionales territoriales. Es importante relevar que los contenidos abordados no se pueden olvidar por las trabajadoras, por lo que deben reforzarse constantemente, con una mirada hacia sus prácticas educativas con los niños y las niñas”.
Durante el 2022, se realizarán un total de 4 hitos, para dar continuidad a la capacitación iniciada en 2019 –que fue postergada por la emergencia sanitaria de COVID-19-, que busca también un reconocimiento del rol de las profesionales y técnicos de la educación como agentes de cambio social por su aporte en la entrega de una educación parvularia de calidad para niños y niñas. Lo anterior, en el contexto de un programa de formación nacional que trata temas transversales que emanan de la política pública y/o de necesidades institucionales.
Integra pertenece a la Red de Fundaciones de la Presidencia de la República. Con 31 años de experiencia, cuenta con más de 1.230 salas cuna y jardines infantiles gratuitos a los que asisten más de 90 mil niños y niñas en todo Chile.
