Tenistas chilenos avanzan en ranking ATP
Ayer lunes, se dieron a conocer las actualizaciones del ranking ATP en el mundo del tenis con algunos chilenos que lograron importantes ascensos.
La segunda raqueta nacional, Tomás Barrios, escaló nuevo puestos en la clasificación y alcanzó el lugar 145°, el mejor de toda su carrera.
En tanto que el tercer jugador criollo mejor ubicado es Alejandro Tabilo, quien subió nueve casilleros y se posicionó 174° escalafón mundial tras su participación en Indian Wells.
Entre los chilenos, Nicolás Jarry fue uno de los que tuvo un gran ascenso en esta actualización del ranking ATP, debido a que avanzó 15 puestos para quedar 202° de orbe, muy cerca de volver a meterse en el Top 200.
En el caso de Gonzalo Lama, escaló 13 casilleros en la clasificación y llegó al lugar 314°, también con miras de regresar al Top 300.
Mientras que la primera raqueta nacional, Cristián Garín, no tuvo modificaciones tras jugar el Indian Wells y se mantiene 17°. De todos los jugadores chilenos, “Gago” es el que tiene el mejor ranking actualmente.
