Sorprendido cuando intentó pasar clonazepan en un sobre de jugo al CDP Vallenar
Este martes fue detenido un individuo que intentó pasar clonazepan triturado al Centro de Detención Preventiva (CDP) de Vallenar; el sujeto ocultó la sustancia ilícita en un sobre de jugo en polvo, pero la funcionaria de Gendarmería que lo revisó logró sorprenderlo.
La bolsa con la droga fue incautada y el hombre, identificado con las iniciales M.P.G, quedó apercibo por artículo Nº 26 del Código Procesal Penal. Así lo instruyó el fiscal de turno, Roberto Robledo.
El hecho ocurrió este martes, cuando el hombre intentó burlar la seguridad del recinto durante la hora de visita. La encomienda sería para una interna que purga condena, pero antes de llegar a su destino fue detectada por el personal.
El alcaide subrogante, Manuel Torres, dijo que de inmediato informaron al fiscal, quien ordenó que la sustancia se derive para su análisis correspondiente. (FKG)
