Sigue elevándose número de fallecidos por COVID-19, sobrepasan las 1.800 víctimas en China
El número de muertos en China continental por coronavirus subió a más de 1.800 este lunes, cuando más de 300 estadounidenses evacuados de un crucero aislado en Japón han comenzado un nuevo período de cuarentena en Estados Unidos.
En China continental hubo otros 93 muertos en la provincia de Hubei, el origen de la epidemia. Las autoridades sanitarias de Hubei registraron 1.807 nuevos casos de contagio, en retroceso con relación al día anterior.
La epidemia de COVID-19 en China ha contagiado a más de 72.300 personas y a unas 900 en el extranjero.
Pekín, que intenta frenar la epidemia, solicitó a las personas que se han curado del coronavirus que donen sangre para extraer su plasma para tratar a los enfermos.
