Rotary Club de Copiapó celebró a las rotarias en el Día Internacional de la Mujer
Con una velada de compañerismo y de reconocimientos a la mujer, Rotary Club de Copiapó conmemoró el Día Internacional de la Mujer en su sede enclavada en la población Santa Elvira.
La actividad fue encabezada por el presidente del club rotario, Alejandro López Rivera y el gobernador del Distrito 4320, Ricardo Vera Martínez y su esposa Lilian Navea Dantagnan.
De esta manera, se realizó un cóctel de camaradería al que fueron invitadas las damas rotarias, las integrantes del Comité de Parejas, postulantes a Rotary e invitadas especiales.
En la ocasión, el presidente de RC Copiapó, Alejandro López, destacó el contexto histórico de la fecha, al igual que el gobernador Ricardo, quien tuvo palabras de elogios hacia la labor de servicio humanitario que desarrolla la mujer al interior de la institución de la rueda dentada.
Posteriormente, se hizo entrega de hermosos arreglos florales a las rotarias presentes y un reconocimiento especial a Solange Bordoli Soloaga, como mujer y madre destacada, siendo además ella hija de rotarios.
La jornada estuvo amenizada por el canto y la música del artista regional Eduardo Pinto Ayala, conocido como “Franko El Gitano”.
