La Secretaria Regional Ministerial (Seremi) de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Margarita Contreras, se reunió esta semana con el oficial civil del Servicio de Registro Civil e Identificación de Vallenar, Luis Castillo para abordar detalles sobre el actual funcionamiento del servicio y las medidas implementadas para proteger la salud de usuarios y funcionarios.
La autoridad regional comentó sobre las acciones que se reforzarán durante la etapa de cuarentena que inició el viernes en la comuna, mediante la implementación de la Campaña Cuida Tú Cédula, impulsada por el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos y el Registro Civil.
La idea es garantizar el acceso a la comunidad para tramitar o renovar aquellas cédulas de identidad dañadas o extraviadas a fin de que la mayor cantidad de votantes esté debidamente documentado para el próximo plebiscito.
