PRODEMU ha llegado a 4.000 mujeres y Johanna Fernández se despliega por valles y localidades rurales de Atacama

Con el objetivo de orientar, capacitar e informar a más mujeres de la región, sobre las rutas, programas, iniciativas y campañas que desarrolla y ejecutará PRODEMU en Atacama, la directora regional Johanna Fernández Rodríguez se ha desplegado en el valle del Tránsito (Alto del Carmen), en la localidad de Inca de Oro (Diego de Almagro) y en la localidad de Barquito (Chañaral), por cierto, en Vallenar, Copiapó, Tierra Amarilla, Caldera, Freirina y Huasco.

ALTO DEL CARMEN
(VALLE DEL TRÁNSITO)

La directora regional de PRODEMU recorrió más de 250 kilómetros para llegar a la comuna de Alto del Carmen, particularmente, para desplegarse por el Valle del Tránsito durante las últimas semanas. “Llegamos hasta la localidad de marquesa donde tuve el honor de conocer a mujeres muy trabajadoras y empoderadas. Les explique los detalles y alcances de nuestra oferta programática y quedamos en continuar trabajando juntas. Así mismo, llegué al sector de Los Perales, donde hay mujeres increíbles que trabajan con la tierra. Yo quiero hacer un llamado al sector público y privado para que se acerquen a estos lugares, las mujeres esperan con los brazos abiertos para postular a proyectos y fondos concursables.  Del mismo modo, llegué hasta el villorrio de Junta Valeriano, donde conocí a Albadina, una mujer notable y asumimos el compromiso de integrarla a PRODEMU, a nuestra base de datos (…) para que en el futuro pueda participar de nuestra oferta programática”.

“Este despliegue en Alto del Carmen ha sido muy fructífero porque he llegado a los hogares con información, con una invitación a ser parte de PRODEMU y con las ganas de integrar, de trabajar. En este marco, debo relevar que también llegamos a la localidad de Malaquín, en Alto del Carmen. Aquí conocí a un grupo de mujeres muy unidas, muy trabajadoras y empoderadas. Ellas iniciarán un trabajo junto a PRODEMU e Indap, enmarcado en el programa Mujeres Rurales. El objetivo es potenciar y desarrollar la producción de gallinas y huevos, es decir, establecer un foco productivo para ellas y sus familias. Nuestro compromiso es apoyarlas, orientarlas y acompañarlas, y así lo haremos”, argumentó Fernández.

Para ser parte del programa “Mujeres Rurales”, las mujeres deben estar organizadas en grupos con un mínimo de 5 y un máximo de 10 integrantes y deberán contar con un predio agrícola, pertenecer a un mismo sector o localidad, ser parte de un mismo rubro o dedicarse a rubros conexos entre ellos. Además, las participantes deberán cumplir con los requisitos para ser usuarias de INDAP, siendo integrantes de familias campesinas o pequeñas productoras agrícolas, con edad, salud y tiempo disponible. “Mujeres Rurales” se enmarca dentro de la ruta de emprendimiento rural y busca entregar apoyo por medio de aportes económicos y asesoría a sus participantes. DIEGO DE ALMAGRO

La directora regional de PRODEMU Johanna Fernández Rodríguez también recorrió la comuna de Chañaral y de Diego de Almagro. “Efectivamente no sólo hemos recorrido el Valle del Tránsito en Alto del Carmen, sino que también llegamos a Diego de Almagro, particularmente a la localidad de Inca de Oro. Aquí conocimos a un tremendo equipo de mujeres que desean integrarse al programa Mujeres Rurales. Aquí tuve el privilegio de orientarlas respecto de los requisitos y alcances. Por ahora, trabajarán con apoyo de privados, pero el próximo año, es decir, en no más de 3 meses, se integrarán al programa de PRODEMU. Esto es lo bueno de viajar y conocer a mujeres, porque se abren puertas para poder apoyarlas y cambiar sus vidas”.

CHAÑARAL
(BARQUITO Y PAN DE AZÚCAR)

La gira de PRODEMU ha llegado también a la comuna de Chañaral y sus localidades. Esta última se creó con la finalidad de realizar un trabajo en terreno para exponer la oferta programática de la fundación a la mayor cantidad de hogares donde hay una o muchas mujeres.
“En la localidad de Barquito hemos visto mucho interés por parte de sus mujeres respecto a los programas de PRODEMU. Por esta razón llegamos con toda la información necesaria, dialogamos, conocimos la historia de sus mujeres y ahora las hemos incorporado a nuestra base de datos para trabajar juntas”.

“De la misma forma llegamos a la caleta de Pan de Azúcar donde estamos trabajando con mujeres del sector y ejecutando nuestra Ruta de Organizaciones. Hemos visto sus avances, sus productos, su unidad, su disposición de seguir trabajando juntas y nos llena de orgullo verlas así. El objetivo de haber llegado hasta aquí es que se nos hace un imperativo traer información de nuestras rutas, programas e iniciativas porque sabemos que ellas dedican su día al mar y al trabajo. Por lo tanto, es un honor llegar a donde están ellas y en terreno poder trabajar y proyectar nuevas iniciativas en equipo”, agregó Johanna Fernández.

Respecto a la “Ruta de Organizaciones”, al final de esta, se espera que las mujeres fortalezcan preferentemente su autonomía para la toma de decisiones, mediante un proceso de empoderamiento personal y del desarrollo de competencias para el liderazgo, contribuyendo así a aumentar su bienestar y el de su comunidad. En otras palabras, la “Ruta de Organizaciones” consiste en una capacitación para que organizaciones de mujeres o mixtas, desarrollen competencias en las resoluciones de conflictos, distribución de roles, manejo de cuentas al interior de la organización y desarrollo de proyectos de financiamiento.
