Primer Tribunal Ambiental reagenda audiencia de reclamación por Dominga
Por motivos de fuerza mayor, el Primer Tribunal Ambiental fijó una nueva fecha de audiencia de reclamación por Dominga.
La audiencia de alegatos se llevará a cabo el 19 de diciembre y en esta, que comenzará a las 9 de la mañana en la sala del Primer Tribunal Ambiental con sede en Antofagasta, se escucharán los alegatos de las partes en la Reclamación de Andes Iron contra el Servicio de Evaluación Ambiental (SEA).
Es relevante recordar que Dominga ingresó al Sistema de Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental (SEIA) el 13 de septiembre de 2013, mediante un Estudio Impacto Ambiental (EIA). Posteriormente, el 9 de marzo de 2017, la Comisión de Evaluación Ambiental (COEVA) , de la Región de Coquimbo rechazó el proyecto y con motivo de este rechazo se interpuso un recurso de reclamación el 2 de mayo de 2017 en contra de la Resolución de Calificación Ambiental, RCA, desfavorable.
