PRIMARIAS 2020.- Llegó el Día D

El SERVEL de la Región de Atacama entregó importante información respecto de las elecciones primarias para alcaldes y gobernador regional, que se realizarán hoy domingo 29 de noviembre.

En cuanto a la Primaria  de Gobernador  Regional, se realizará en toda la Región de  Atacama, en esta oportunidad  la cédula de votación en de color naranja y participan dos pactos electorales:

Pacto B “Unidad Constituyente”, integrado por los Partidos; Radical de Chile (PR), Partido Socialista de Chile (PS), Partido por la Democracia (PPD), Partido Demócrata Cristiano (PDC), Ciudadanos, Partido Progresista de Chile (PRO) e independientes (personas sin afiliación política). 

Pacto C “Chile Vamos”, integrado por  Renovación Nacional (RN), Unión Demócrata Independiente (UDI), Evolución Política (Evópoli), Partido Regionalista Independiente Demócrata (PRI) e Independientes.

En esta Elección votan todos aquellos que tengan afiliación en algún de los partidos políticos antes señalados (recibirán la cédula B o la cédula C) y los independientes quienes recibirán la cédula única de votación que incluye ambos pactos, es decir, Pacto  Unidad Constituyente  y  Pacto Chile Vamos, solo  se debe marcar por un candidato y en el pacto que más le represente. Marcar más de una  preferencia anula el voto.     

Primarias de Alcaldes: solo se realizarán en las comunas de Copiapó y  Vallenar, participan los afiliados a los Partidos Políticos que integran el Pacto C ”Chile Vamos”  y los independientes.   La cédula de votación es de color celeste.

Estas Elecciones Primarias se encuentran reguladas en la Ley  N° 20.640, “Establece  el Sistema de Elecciones Primarias para la nominación de candidaturas a Presidentes de la República, Parlamentarios, Gobernadores Regionales y Alcaldes”,  en consecuencia; se caracteriza por tener una fecha  específica  para su realización, por tener un universo de votantes definidos por los participantes, un sistema regulado de  aportes,  un periodo de propaganda electoral con lugares y medios predeterminados, un límite de gasto y sistema  de rendición  de ingresos y gastos que son financiados por el Fisco.

La  Directora Regional del Servel Atacama, además señala que las Elecciones Primarias establecidas en la ley antes señalada son organizadas, supervigiladas y fiscalizadas por el Servicio Electoral y los resultados son vinculantes para quienes deciden y acuerdan someterse a ellas
