Piñera lanza Agenda Antiabusos: castigará uso de información privilegiada, colusión y corrupción
Este viernes el presidente de la República, Sebastián Piñera, presentó en sociedad la Agenda Antiabusos con la que el Gobierno busca castigar los denominados “delitos de cuello y corbata”.
En concreto, el Ejecutivo ingresará al Parlamento cuatro proyectos de ley, firmados por el Mandatario, que sancionarán a quienes usen información privilegiada en el mercado financiero, también a los que se coludan para aumentar los precios y que aumentarán las penas para la corrupción y los delitos electorales.
“Aumentan las penas y establecen, en algunos casos cuando los delitos son especialmente graves, prisión efectiva como una forma de disuadir, de prevenir, que sigan existiendo conductas de carteles, colusiones o anticompetitivos que perjudican a todos los chilenos”, detalló el Jefe de Estado.
