Perú: Comisión del Congreso acusará por corrupción al presidente Pedro Castillo
La Comisión de Fiscalización del Congreso de Perú planteará acusar constitucionalmente al presidente Pedro Castillo por la presunta comisión de delitos de organización criminal.
A esto se suman acusaciones de negociación incompatible y aprovechamiento indebido del cargo, según informaron este miércoles medios locales.
“Está comprobado que existen elementos probatorios e indiciarios que acreditan las presuntas comisiones de los delitos” de los que se acusa al mandatario.
Así lo señaló el borrador del informe final que será debatido este jueves por los integrantes de la comisión, según publicaron medios como la emisora RPP.
En las conclusiones del informe también se recomienda que se acuse constitucionalmente a Castillo y el exministro de Defensa, Walter Ayala.
Lo anterior, por la presunta comisión del delito de tráfico de influencias e injerencia en los ascensos de altos mandos de las Fuerzas Armadas.
El informe final, aún en etapa de borrador, será debatido este jueves por la Comisión de Fiscalización.
Tras su eventual aprobación, deberá ser enviado ante el pleno del Congreso para seguir el mismo procedimiento.
En caso de ser refrendado por esa máxima instancia, será enviado a la Subcomisión de Acusaciones Constitucionales, para que evalúe las posibles infracciones a la Constitución, y al Ministerio Público, para que establezca eventuales responsabilidades penales.
