Personal de la Subcomisaría Pedro León Gallo detiene a sujeto por contrabando
Los hechos se registraron a las 11:30 horas de ayer domingo en los momentos que el sargento 2do. Daniel Paredes acompañado del carabinero Hugo Canihuante, ambos de dotación de la Subcomisaría Pedro León Gallo, efectuaban un patrullaje preventivo por el interior de la feria libre de Copiapó, ubicada en avenida Circunvalación.
El personal policial se percata que un sujeto mantenía a la venta del público cigarrillos de diferentes marcas, infringiendo con ello la ley de aduanas, razón por la cual fue detenido y puesto a disposición de la Fiscalía local.
El sujeto fue identificado como S.A.M.O 37 años nacionalidad chilena con residencia en el sector tomas de esta comuna.
El fiscal de turno dispuso su libertad en espera de ser citado.
