Pequeños agricultores podrán presentar proyectos de obras civiles y tecnificación a nuevo concurso de la CNR por $1.600 millones

Con el propósito de apoyar a los regantes para mejorar sus condiciones de riego, especialmente a aquellos con más dificultades y de menores recursos, la Comisión Nacional de Riego (CNR) convoca a los pequeños productores del país a presentar sus iniciativas al concurso Nº 203-2021 “Programa Especial de Pequeña Agricultura con prerevisión”, llamado de carácter nacional que dispone de $1.600 millones.

Sobre esta convocatoria, el Coordinador Zonal Norte Chico de la CNR, Felipe Ventura, indicó que “este llamado nacional está dirigido a bonificar iniciativas de tecnificación de riego; obras civiles asociadas a riego, con o sin telemetría; y otros proyectos como sistemas de cosecha de aguas lluvia y atrapanieblas”.

“Este es el segundo año en donde realizamos este tipo de concursos, ya que luego de su éxito en 2020 se decidió darles continuidad. Es muy importante la participación de nuestros usuarios, por lo que invitamos a todos los pequeños regantes a presentar sus proyectos, porque queremos apoyarlos a mejorar sus condiciones de riego y optimizar su uso”, puntualizó Ventura.

Mientras que el Seremi de Agricultura de Atacama, Patricio Araya, destacó que “este nuevo llamado permite a todos aquellos pequeños agricultores que presentaron proyectos en 2020 o el 2021, y no fueron admitidos, mejorar sus propuestas y volver a presentarlas y así avanzar en el mejoramiento de las condiciones de riego de sus predios. Actualmente, en el valle de Copiapó tenemos un 95% de tecnificación, mientras que en el de Huasco tan sólo un 45%, por lo que mi llamado es a repostular especialmente a aquellos que desarrollan agricultura en esa provincia, para que podamos hacer un uso eficiente del recurso».

Las bases se encuentran publicadas en la página de la CNR y los proyectos deberán postular desde el 26 de mayo y hasta las 23:59 horas del 14 de junio de 2021, solamente a través de la web www.cnr.gob.cl
