PDI Atacama detuvo a jóvenes por microtráfico de drogas en la vía pública
Detectives del Departamento de Migraciones y Policía Internacional, y de la Brigada Antinarcóticos y Contra el Crimen Organizado, de la Policía de Investigaciones de Copiapó, realizaron un procedimiento donde se detuvo a tres jóvenes, dos por infracción a la Ley de Drogas, y uno por infracción a la Ley de Armas.
“Tras ver movimientos de pesaje y comercialización de las sustancias ilícitas, en las inmediaciones de la Delegación Presidencial Regional de Atacama, oficiales policiales procedieron a la detención de dos adolescentes por el delito flagrante de microtráfico de drogas, incautando dosis de cannabis y cocaína base, además de dinero en efectivo. En el operativo, también se detuvo a otro joven por infracción a la Ley de Armas, tras portar una navaja de metal estilo mariposa, la cual fue incautada por detectives”, señaló la subprefecta Alejandra Briones, del Departamento de Migraciones y Policía Internacional de la PDI Copiapó.
Los adolescentes, dos de 15 años de edad y uno de 16, chilenos, sin registrar antecedentes policiales, fueron puestos a disposición del Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó.
