Nuevo golpe del OS-7 de Carabineros al narcotráfico

Un trabajo continuo y efectivo desarrolla el personal de la sección especializada del OS-7 Atacama, con el objetivo de erradicar los focos de venta de droga en la región.

En esta ocasión fue el caso de un conocido domicilio ubicado en calle Dagoberto Godoy del sector poblacional de Manuel Rodríguez, de la capital regional; donde uno de sus ocupantes se dedicaba a la venta de pasta base de cocaína.

La información entregada por el Jefe de la OS-7, Mayor Eugenio Olea García, señala que producto de un proceso investigativo desarrollado en coordinación con la Fiscalía Local de Copiapó, se realiza monitoreo a esta vivienda donde su morador un hombre de 49 años  se dedicada a la venta de drogas.

Con las pruebas recabadas por el personal especializado de Carabineros se autorizó, por parte del Fiscal del caso, la utilización de la técnica de agente revelador, de manera de concretar una determinada compra de drogas.

A partir de allí y tras materializar esta compra, se gestionó la orden de entrada y registro al domicilio, siendo autorizada por el juez de turno del Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó.

Con la autorización respectiva el personal del OS-7, en compañía del Gope Atacama, ingresaron al inmueble de calle Dagoberto Godoy en la población Manuel Rodríguez, logrando sacar de circulación 162 dosis de Pasta Base de Cocaína y varias armas blancas y cuchillos los cuales utilizaba el imputado para intimidar a sus compradores.

El Fiscal dispuso que el aprehendido en la ocasion, el que fue individualizado como M. E.P.C. de 49 años, chileno, con antecedentes anteriores por microtráfico de drogas pasara a control de detención, quien quedó con medidas cautelares mientras se prolongue la investigación.
