Nicolás Jarry: Usé a mi favor los meses de cuarentena
El tenista chileno Nicolás Jarry comentó como ha vivido la cuarentena generada por la pandemia del coronavirus y aseguró que han sido meses muy positivos para él luego del castigo impuesto por la ITF luego de su controversial caso de dopaje positivo.
«No me costó tanto quedarme en cuarentena. Siempre hay cosas que faltan por hacer y a mí siempre me falta tiempo para hacer cosas. Este tiempo de cuarentena me vino increíble para estar tranquilo, estar con mi familia, leer más, aprender, meditar, trabajar con sicólogos y trabajar mucho la parte física y la fuerza. Usé mucho a mi favor estos meses», comentó en diálogo con La Tercera.
«Es algo que me hace muy bien en la cabeza para no estar estancado, sobre todo por la sensación de estar en cuarentena», añadió quien aún es el número 88 del ranking mundial.
En busca de llegar de la mejor manera al circuito, Jarry contó que ha tenido entrenamientos con variados jugadores importantes del circuito, como el canadiense Denis Shapovalov (16°)
«La idea volver a sentir el ritmo y la intensidad de los jugadores de más alto nivel», comentó.
