Netanyahu en cuarentena luego que miembro de su oficina diese positivo al Covid-19
El primer ministro israelí Benjamin Netanyahu quedó este lunes en cuarentena preventiva, luego de que un empleado de su oficina diese positivo del nuevo coronavirus, según información obtenida por la AFP.
“Incluso antes que el análisis epidemiológico haya terminado y para disipar cualquier duda, el primer ministro resolvió que él y su personal cercano quedarían en confinamiento”, señaló a la AFP la oficina del primer ministro.
En un comunicado, se informó que la cuarentena es por precaución, ya que Netanyahu no estuvo en contacto reciente con la persona contagiada de covid-19.
Israel, que tiene más de 4.000 casos confirmados del nuevo coronavirus, ha impuesto duras restricciones para contener la propagación de la pandemia, incluyendo la prohibición de todo movimiento no esencial.
