Ministerio de las Culturas abre inscripciones para participar en la Escuela de Gestión de Públicos y Comunidades Culturales

¿Cómo situar a las personas al centro de las organizaciones culturales?, ¿Cómo promover su involucramiento y colaboración en procesos creativos y de programación? ¿Cómo conectar con las necesidades culturales del territorio y sus comunidades? Estas son algunas de las preguntas que impulsan la segunda edición de la Escuela de Gestión de Públicos y Comunidades Cultural que se desarrollará entre el 5 de julio y el 25 de agosto de manera online.

“Contribuir al fortalecimiento de la participación cultural de las comunidades es un eje prioritario en nuestra gestión. La edición 2022 de la Escuela de Gestión de Públicos y Comunidades Culturales es una muestra concreta de nuestro compromiso por continuar apoyando a las organizaciones y trabajadoras y trabajadores del sector para que, mediante espacios de reflexión y aprendizaje mutuo, puedan desarrollar procesos que profundicen los vínculos e involucramiento activo de las comunidades locales en sus actividades. Esto, además, es parte de la planificación anual de la Unidad de Públicos y Territorios que, a partir de este año, tendrá mayor énfasis en lo territorial, intercultural e inclusivo”, señaló la ministra de las Culturas, Julieta

Brodsky.

El programa de formación organizado por la Unidad de Públicos y Territorios del Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio, está dirigido a profesionales, estudiantes y toda persona interesada en profundizar aspectos teóricos y prácticos sobre la gestión de públicos y comunidades culturales.

A lo largo de dos meses, contará con 17 sesiones en línea y una instancia presencial. Mediante la modalidad de conferencias grabadas y talleres en vivo semanales, nueve especialistas nacionales e internacionales abordarán los desafíos de la participación cultural como elemento central para el desarrollo humano, la descentralización y la cohesión social de los territorios.

Diseñado como un espacio de encuentro y aprendizaje flexible, el programa permitirá a las y los asistentes actualizar conceptos, revisar metodologías y adquirir nuevas herramientas relacionadas con la gestión e implementación de estrategias orientadas a la conformación de comunidades comprometidas con el ecosistema cultural, ya sea desde distintas disciplinas artísticas, la cultura digital como de la mediación cultural, las políticas públicas y los estudios de públicos.

PROGRAMA:

Las y los participantes a cargo de los contenidos de este año son Fernando Sánchez-Cabezudo (España), asesor y coordinador artístico del Centro Dramático Nacional con experiencia en proyectos con la ciudadanía; Sabrina Cassini (Argentina), investigadora cultural especializada en estudios de públicos; Paula Aros (Chile), artista escénica con interés en mediación e inclusión de la ciudadanía dentro de procesos creativos; Sebastián Cartajena, director artístico de FECICH e impulsor de la Escuela de Espectadores de Cine Chileno; Silvia García (España), jefa de redacción de la plataforma digital Cultura Inquieta; Javier Acuña (Argentina), director de Alternativa Teatral, plataforma y comunidad digital en torno a las artes escénicas independientes, y el festival TecnoEscena; Paula González (Chile), gestora cultural especializada en mediación y trabajo comunitario; Angélica San Martín (Chile), artista escénica parte del Área de Públicos de la Red Salas de Teatro; y Steven Hadley (Reino Unido), académico, consultor e investigador que trabaja en gestión de las artes, la política cultural y la participación de públicos.

Si bien la mayoría de las sesiones se realizarán de manera virtual, el programa de formación concluirá con el taller presencial Pensar los públicos y las comunidades bajo la democracia cultural: tensionar las teorías, repensar las políticas, facilitado por Steven Hadley el día 26 de agosto. Dado el contexto sanitario, la actividad tendrá un límite de aforo y se requerirá de una inscripción especial para reservar un cupo.

Las y los inscritos que asistan a más del 75% de las actividades podrán acceder a un certificado de participación de la Escuela de Gestión de Públicos y Comunidades Culturales.
