Minera Lumina Copper Chile reduce en 5% dotación para mitigar efectos de pandemia
Con el objetivo de mantener la salud financiera y sustentabilidad de la compañía, en el contexto de una economía global que se ha visto impactada por elCovid-19, Minera Lumina Copper Chile anunció la decisión de desvincular a 49 personas, en un proceso realizado de forma transversal al interior de la organización (faena y oficina de Santiago), reduciendo su dotación total en aproximadamente un 5%.
La empresa manifestó que esta medida es parte de un conjunto integral de otras acciones que la administración de la compañía al igual que la industria minera global, están efectuando para aminorar los efectos sobre los costos de producción,la baja de precios a nivel mundial del metal y la disminución de la demanda mundial producto de la pandemia.
