Maduro decreta ejercicios militares permanentes en Venezuela
El presidente de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, anunció que ordenó ejercicios militares “sorpresa”, a cualquier hora y de manera permanente, en maniobras que pueden incluir a cientos de miles de miembros de la Fuerza Armada Nacional Bolivariana (FANB).
“Anuncio que los ejercicios militares ‘Escudo
Bolivariano 2020’ se van a mantener activos y vamos a sorprender. A partir de
hoy no avisaremos el día del ejercicio militar ni la región”, dijo el mandatario
durante una reunión con jefes militares, en la que ofreció un balance sobre las
maniobras realizadas el fin de semana.
“Eso
será permanente para tener la felicidad de la paz”, señaló Maduro y
agregó que en Venezuela “no queremos guerra, no queremos violencia, no queremos
terrorismo, pero no le tenemos miedo al combate militar”.
