*El mandatario delineó los principales aspectos que marcarán su gobierno a futuro, y se refirió al momento como “una oportunidad histórica”.
El presidente Gabriel Boric compareció este miércoles ante el Congreso Pleno, en su primera cuenta pública de su gestión que inició el pasado 11 de marzo.
Se trató de un discurso centrado en cinco ejes: derechos sociales, mejor democracia, justicia y seguridad, crecimiento inclusivo y medio ambiente.
Su alocución, que duró 2 horas con 20 minutos, estuvo marcada además por una breve alusión al proceso constituyente. “Optamos por resolver diferencias con más democracia, no con menos”, dijo.
Ya en materia de reformas, apuntó a la Reforma Previsional, asegurando que se respetarán los ahorros individuales.
Así también, detalló lo que será la condonación del CAE y deuda educativa, que llegaría en 2023 tras la Reforma Tributaria.
Sobre el conflicto en la Macrozona Sur, el mandatario planteó su fórmula para lograr la paz, centrado en el diálogo, el respeto y el Estado de Derecho.
Sobre Derechos Humanos, llamó la atención la ausencia de alguna alusión a los detenidos del estallido social. No obstante, se comprometió a “seguir buscando incansablemente a los desaparecidos”
Aunque, Boric anunció una mesa de reparación a víctimas del 18-O con la senadora Fabiola Campillai como coordinadora.
Respecto a temas de seguridad, el jefe de Estado anunció un proyecto para avanzar hacia la “prohibición total de tenencia de armas”
“Siento el sentido de responsabilidad histórica de consolidar en paz el proceso de cambios”, cerró Boric.

Así, Carlos Astroza, Presidente Regional de Revolución Democrática, opinó:
“Nos pareció una cuenta pública acertada de parte del Presidente de la República, lo vimos con una contundencia, me pareció adecuado el enfoque que le dio respecto de anclar 5 ejes principales, en ese sentido, en cuanto a derechos sociales, el tema de las pensiones, de garantizar una pensión mínima de 250 mil pesos, como un primer paso a garantizar de parte del Estado y el Gobierno, nos parece adecuado, por supuesto que no es suficiente, y al ser así, por eso se mencionó la reforma de pensiones que se pondrá en marcha de parte del ejecutivo, también destaco el proyecto de jornada laboral de 40 horas, y la condonación del CAE, que son anhelos transversales a través de varias generaciones de estudiantes. También es destacable el eje fundamental, y propio de la contingencia, el programa de justicia y seguridad con especial énfasis en “menos armas, más seguridad”, que apunta a una tenencia cero de armas en el país, y si bien puede que se genere controversia, creemos que va en la línea correcta”.
Por su parte, Isabel Ramírez, Presidenta Regional de la Unión Demócrata Independiente (UDI), expresó:
“En términos generales considero que fue un discurso más bien enfocado en los anuncios que probablemente tienen buena recepción en la ciudadanía, eché de menos la profundización en temas clave para el Chile de hoy, seguridad, estabilidad, certezas, de tener una vida tranquila. En ese sentido, considero que la unidad del país en torno a los temas que la ciudadanía ha manifestado, son aquellos que más nos aquejan. El discurso no se hizo cargo de aquello, en cuanto al ideario de Gobierno, creo que rememorar hitos que ya cumplen 50 años de vida, no es mirar hacia el futuro, sino que seguir generando divisiones en torno a estas temáticas, que para muchos ya son temas avanzados”.
