La Cámara Internacional Bioceánica Atacalar proyecta acciones y destaca el Ferrocarril Transoceánico
Una reunión de trabajo sostuvo en Copiapó, la Cámara Internacional Bioceánica Atacalar, con el propósito de delinear acciones a desarrollar post pandemia sanitaria. Además se destacó el tema del ferrocarril transoceánico.
Al respecto, Roberto Masso Briceño, presidente de dicha instancia se refirió a la reunión y sus alcances.
“Nos hemos reunido los personeros de la Cámara de Comercio Internacional, Atacalar, con motivo de la pandemia, que nos dejó un antes y un después. Tras un año de que hemos estado casi detenidos; – decimos casi, porque hemos seguido trabajando a nivel telemático-, y hoy día nos hemos reunido para dar un nuevo impulso a nuestra Cámara, que es lo necesario para poder atraer todos los insumos y necesidades para Asia Pacífico, a través de nuestra querida region de Atacama”, indicó.
El directivo agregó que desde ya prepararan acciones, y prevén visitar el Paso de Pircas Negras, por la importancia que este tiene para la concreción del proyecto ferroviario. “Esperamos muy pronto hacer un viaje terrestre, como apertura del Paso Pircas Negras, donde nos vamos a reunir con personeros de La Rioja, en el otro lado en Argentina. Ellos son nuestros vecinos, y estamos trabajando sólidamente; y pronto ya empiezan a pasar insumos del otro lado, como el mosto, que viene por aproximadamente 70 camiones van a pasar con destino a Sudáfrica y va a ser embarcado por nuestras costas en la Tercera Región”.
Otro tema analizado en la ocasión, fue el de los avances del anhelado Proyecto Ferroviario trans oceánico, y Roberto Masso Briceño, dijo que “estamos trabajando en el Proyecto Ferroviario, muy anhelado, muy antiguo; pero llevamos veinte años en este tema del Corredor Bioceánico, y hoy día ya tenemos la Plataforma en cuanto a los planos reguladores, que nos permiten construir el Mega Puerto de Chañaral, para tener un ferrocarril internacional, desde Recreo,- localidad de Catamarca-, donde van a reunirse todas las mercaderías argentinas, para llegar al puerto de Chañaral”.
Además el directivo mencionó que “ese ferrocarril va a ser internacional, pero también se está trabajando para unir el sur de Brasil, Uruguay, Paraguay, a través de un gran ferrocarril por el embudo sur que le llamamos nosotros-, para unir el puerto de Sao Paulo, el puerto de Buenos Aires con el puerto de Chañaral. Ese es el gran triángulo económico del Cono Sur, en nuestra querida Latinoamérica”.
Recalcó que “hoy día es el proyecto más grande bajo el alero de Atacalar. Para todo lo que es ferrocarriles es inversión privada y estará en manos de grandes empresas internacionales, asociadas con la Empesa Atach.
En relación a los productos a exportar a mercados internacionales a través de Atacama señaló “son productos múltiples, pero hoy día Argentina tiene una producción agro de 100 millones de toneladas métricas al año. Una vez que tenga conectividad a través del ferrocarril,- estamos hablando del ferrocarril más moderno en Latinoamérica, todo eléctrico, muy amigable con lo que estamos esperando para nuestro planeta. Este ferrocarril, y cada convoy-estamos hablando de 38 convoyes; cada uno va a traer un total de 4 mil toneladas. Esto equivale a 120 camiones; manejado por tres hombres, con energía limpia; esperamos con ese Proyecto tener el sello verde para nuestra región”.
Consultado por las ventajas de Pircas Negras sobre el paso de Agua Negra en la Región de Coquimbo, para la concreción del proyecto ferroviario, Masso Briceño dijo que “Agua Negra es un proyecto túnel que hoy día está paralizado y se prolonga hasta el año 2046, y todos los pasos son alternativos. Nosotros no somos los únicos; somos una alternativa más, pero pensamos que es la mejor que tenemos hoy día”.
“Este Proyecto prontamente ya lo estamos dando a conocer. Hoy día en el mundo entero es el mejor proyecto latinoamericano, porque el final de éste significa llevarle la alimentación a más de mil millones de habitantes de la tierra; al Asia especialmente. Es un proyecto muy social y de gran necesidad. Se está efectuando la cuarta reunión en Dubai y en aquella se analiza qué se va a comer y qué se va a tomar en el próximo milenio. Estamos en la cuarta sesión y nosotros como Cámara no pudimos estar, pero hemos estado en las dos anteriores, en Dubai en donde hicimos presente este proyecto, el cual ha sido muy bienvenido y ya fue aceptado y aprobado también por el Mercosur. Estamos hablando de un Proyecto que ha ido sobrepasando a los demás Corredores Bioceánicos”, sentenció finalmente el representante de la Cámara Internacional Bioceánica Atacalar.
