Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó acoge solicitud de la fiscalía y fija nueva fecha para formalización de ex ejecutivos de Atacama Kozan
El Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó acogió hoy –martes 8 de septiembre- la solicitud del Ministerio Público y fijó una nueva fecha para la formalización de la investigación de dos ex ejecutivos de la Compañía Minera Atacama Kozan, imputados por delitos económicos, el ex Subgerente y ex Intendente, Francisco Sánchez y el también ex Subgerente de la empresa, Rodrigo Abornoz.
Según la petición del ente persecutor, una parte de los numerosos antecedentes de la carpeta investigativa fueron remitidos solo el 5 de septiembre pasado a las defensas y ese organismo estimó que era posible que no alcanzaran a revisar todos los aspectos contables de la causa.
Tras escuchar al querellante y los abogados defensores de los imputados, el tribunal dio lugar a la solicitud de la Fiscalía y resolvió fijar para el 27 de octubre, a las 9:15, la audiencia para la formalización respectiva.
