Inician concurso para adjudicar concesión en Parque Nacional Llanos de Challe

**** El llamado a empresas y personas naturales es a postular a la concesión para la administración y operación servicios turísticos playa blanca, Parque Nacional Llanos de Challe

Cada vez más personas acuden al Parque Nacional Llanos de Challe y para ello es necesario entregar una oferta turística adecuada y de calidad, buscando consolidar en el futuro el ecoturismo con participación de la comunidad en este bello rincón de Atacama.

Concesionar el área a algún emprendedor de la región de Atacama, posibilita que nuestros guardaparques puedan concentrar sus esfuerzos en proteger y monitorear los objetos de conservación del parque, como así también educar a nuestros visitantes del valor de resguardar esta hermosa área protegida.

El área de la concesión cuenta con 11 sitios de camping y servicios higiénicos para dama y varón con lavamanos, wc, urinarios y duchas. Tendrá la posibilidad de presentar un proyecto de expansión para aumentar en 7 sitios más, 2 sitios con estacionamiento motorhome y 4 unidades habitacionales independientes, si así lo evalúa en su proyecto; No incluye el estacionamiento. Se podrá proponer en su proyecto de expansión, además servicios adicionales, como venta de souvenir, cafetería y comida al paso, siempre y cuando todos estos cumplan con las normativas vigentes.

Por su parte el director regional de CONAF Héctor soto, que recalca que “la importancia de esta concesión turística es promover e incentivar a operadores privados para que construyan y operen instalaciones turísticas dentro del área de manejo de uso público, equivalente a una superficie de 6.0 hectárea. Por supuesto que dentro de esta concesión existirán una serie de objetivos sociales, ambientales y de empoderamiento por parte del adjudicado, en este caso particular las bases se han elaborado para que tanto emprendedores y empresarios del rubro turísticos puedan participar”

Por otra parte, el director de Sernatur Atacama, Alejandro Martin señaló “Es muy importante para nosotros que se esté realizando la apertura de este proceso de licitación, ya que incentiva la inversión y la existencia de servicios turísticos al interior de nuestros Parques Nacionales, que por supuesto, son parte de los principales atractivos turísticos de nuestra región. Estas licitaciones son pensadas en preservar el ecosistema nativo de la zona, entregando protección y habilitando ciertos lugares y senderos para ejercer un turismo responsable, un turismo con conciencia que respeta y cuida el medioambiente”  Asimismo, Martin hizo un llamado a los emprendedores turísticos a revisar las bases y a postular, ya que, necesitamos contar con servicios de calidad, sustentables, y que permitan a nuestros visitantes disfrutar de lo hermoso y maravilloso del Parque Nacional Llanos de Challe. 

Por su parte, el Seremi de Agricultura, Patricio Araya Vargas señaló que “No sólo nos preocupa el turismo, sino la protección de nuestras áreas silvestres protegidas, por lo que nuestro llamado es que los empresarios que postulen a este llamado a concesión, además de querer tener un negocio rentable, cumplan con todo lo exigido por CONAF, para que con sus actividades resguarden adecuadamente nuestra flora y fauna. Queremos que el público visite nuestros parques, pero también que los cuiden”.
