INDH prepara acciones judiciales por excesos policiales en Lo Hermida
Desde el Instituto Nacional de Derechos Humanos confirmaron que están redactando una veintena de acciones judiciales, principalmente querellas, por presuntos abusos policiales por parte de Carabineros contra vecinos de Lo Hermida, en la comuna de Peñalolén.
Observadores del INDH están recogiendo testimonios en la población, entre los que hay denuncias por excesos contra niños, niñas y adolescentes e incluso agresiones a una mujer embarazada en su hogar.
Algunas de las querellas que presentará el organismo serán por apremios ilegítimos y torturas, entre otros delitos, y adelantó que es probable que el número de acciones judicial vaya en aumento.
