La Seremi del Deporte, Arling Guzmán, junto a la Directora del IND, Maritza Vera, participaron en la ceremonia realizada por Gendarmería, donde se inauguró la reposición de la cancha de baby fútbol de la Unidad Penal de Copiapó, perteneciente al programa Deporte, Recreación, Arte y Cultura, «DRAC».
En la actividad también estuvieron presentes el Seremi de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Tomás Garay; el Director Regional de Gendarmería, Coronel Víctor Vera y la Alcaide del CCP Copiapó, Teniente Coronel, María Meza, quienes presenciaron un partido de baby fútbol jugado por los internos, y destacaron los beneficios de la práctica deportiva al interior del penal, como parte del proceso de reinserción.
