Inauguran nuevo Servicio de Urgencia de Alta Resolutividad en Paipote
Con una inversión total de M$1.193.682, se dio por inaugurada el Servicio de Atención Primaria de Urgencias de Alta Resolución contempla un equipo de salud liderado por médicos, enfermeras, técnicos paramédicos, kinesiólogos, entre otros más. “Estamos fortaleciendo la calidad de vida de las personas de nuestra región y ese es nuestro compromiso. Esta obra va a tener más de treinta funcionarios, atención 24 horas, una Unidad de Imagenología y una mayor resolutividad en la atención. Este fue un trabajo en conjunto entre Municipio y Servicio de Salud y hoy tenemos la mayor de las tareas y es que las personas que requieran de Servicios de Urgencia sean atendidas en lugares de calidad. Esta obra se suma a una serie de proyectos que tenemos en nuestro Servicio de Salud como el Hospital de Huasco, el Cesfam Altiplano Norte, la reparación de pabellones en los Hospitales de Copiapó y Vallenar, que son inversiones pensadas en nuestra comunidad” detalló el Director del Servicio de Salud, Claudio Baeza.
Autoridades regionales lideradas por el Intendente Patricio Urquieta, Director del Servicio de Salud, Claudio Baeza, Seremi de Salud Claudia Valle, Director de Salud Municipal, Ivan Apurahal, entre otros más, realizaron esta inauguración del nuevo Servicio de Urgencia de Alta Resolutividad (SAR) de Paipote, el que ya se encuentra en funcionamiento para la comunidad.
Al respecto el Intendente Regional, Patricio Urquieta, manifestó que “estamos inaugurando una de las obras más importantes que tenemos en la región y que forma parte del plan que llevamos adelante gracias al Gobierno del Presidente Sebastián Piñera y que está dirigido a fortalecer la infraestructura de salud que tenemos en Atacama. Hemos comprometido muchos esfuerzos tanto del Ministerio de Salud como de la región para poder atender mejor a nuestros pacientes. Estamos contentos porque además esta inversión que se desarrolla en este nuevo SAR de Paipote va a permitir ayudar y atender a los pacientes tanto de Paipote como de Tierra Amarilla”.
Este recinto de atención de Urgencia, viene completamente equipado y además cuenta con Laboratorio Básico, Unidad de Radiografía y una Unidad de Observación Prolongada para pacientes que presenten insuficiencia respiratoria: “Estamos muy contentos por la inauguración de este nuevo SAR Paipote para toda nuestra comunidad donde vamos a ser un gran aporte para el Hospital Regional” enfatizó la Directora del Cesfam Paipote, Claudia Revello.
“Estoy muy emocionado porque esta obra es un sueño concretado y deseado por toda la población de Paipote donde vamos a tener atención las 24 horas por lo que felicito a todos los que pudieron concretar este nuevo SAR. Vale la pena conocerlo y ver las modernas instalaciones” destacó Leopoldo Frost, representante de la comunidad del sector Paipote y miembro del Consejo de la Sociedad Civil del Servicio de Salud Atacama.
Cabe mencionar que dicho recinto contará con una atención 24/7 beneficiando a los usuarios y usuarias del sector Paipote y la comuna de Tierra Amarilla.
