Imputados por venta de fusil AK-47 fueron formalizados
Cinco personas fueron formalizadas en el Cuarto Juzgado de Garantía de Santiago, por el delito de porte y tenencia de armas de fuego y municiones (Ley 17.798 de Control de Armas) en el llamado caso AK-47.
Los imputados son tres hombres y dos mujeres, todos residentes del barrio alto de Santiago y, de acuerdo a lo que se pudo recabar, según fuentes de la investigación, los cinco serían simpatizantes de derecha.
Según los detalles que han emergido, se trata de personas con un perfil pinochetista, ABC1 y fanáticos de las armas.
La instancia determinó prisión preventiva para uno de ellos y los restantes cuatro quedaron con medidas cautelares menores.
Para salvaguardar los resultados de la investigación, la justicia determinó mantener los antecedentes del caso en secreto, incluido los nombres de los imputados en la causa.
