Hombre habría violado a su hijo tras salir de la cárcel por indulto conmutativo
En investigación se encuentra el caso de un hombre de 44 años que habría violado a su hijo de 8 en la comuna de La Calera. Esto, tras ser liberado de una anterior condena por el indulto conmutativo otorgado a 215 personas en la región de Valparaiso en abril de este año por el contexto de la pandemia.
En su audiencia de formalización realizada la semana pasada, el imputado quedó con prisión preventiva por el delito de violación a su propio hijo.
Según informó el diario web El Observador, el hecho fue descubierto y denunciado por funcionarios del Consultorio Artificio, cuando el menor de edad, llegó hasta el centro de salud, y los exámenes médicos determinaron que el niño había sido abusado sexualmente.
