Gobierno interpone querella por ataque incendiario contra avioneta de abogado en Los Ríos
Una querella criminal fue interpuesta por el Gobierno, debido al ataque incendiario en Río Bueno que afectó a una avioneta del abogado José Antonio Urrutia, quien ha representado a la filial chilena de la minera norteamericana Barrick Gold, en el caso Pascua Lama.
La información fue confirmada por el intendente de Los Ríos, César Asenjo, quien señaló que la acción legal se presentó por el delito de incendio.
Esta va contra quienes resulten responsables de la destrucción de la aeronave que ocurrió la madrugada del domingo en el Fundo Caicahuín, en sector rural de Trapi en Río Bueno.
La autoridad agregó que se potenciaron los patrullajes preventivos en la zona y que están buscando dar con los sujetos que efectuaron el ataque.
