Fundación Chilena para la Discapacidad lanza en Atacama Programa de inclusión sociolaboral

En el Día Internacional de las personas con discapacidad, la Fundación Chilena para la Discapacidad, junto a los seremis de Desarrollo Social y del Trabajo de la región de Atacama y las empresas Inmopac y constructora San José dieron el vamos al Plan para la inclusión sociolaboral.


El programa pionero en la región fue presentado por la FChD al Ministerio de Desarrollo Social y aprobado por el Consejo de Donaciones Sociales capacitará a 20 personas con alguna discapacidad de tipo moderada-leve para desempeñarse como asistente administrativo en compañías de la provincia de Huasco, ello, gracias además al financiamiento de Inmopac y constructora San José.

El plan tiene una duración de un año y contempla un monto de $76 millones para su puesta en marcha en la zona. Para el presidente de la Fundación Chilena para la Discapacidad, Matías Poblete, “es importante que la inclusión laboral llegue a cada provincia y comuna de nuestro país y por lo tanto, como fundación siempre nos hemos esforzado por dar cobertura a las necesidades de las personas con discapacidad en todo Chile”.

“Esta iniciativa permitirá que las personas con discapacidad puedan mejorar su calidad de vida, obtener herramientas de formación e incorporarse a un puesto de trabajo de muy buena calificación y renta”, resaltó Poblete.

Por su parte, Gabriela Villanueva, Directora del Senadis de Atacama valoró este tipo de iniciativas que consideran la formación sociolaboral de personas con discapacidad, al permitir que se reduzcan las brechas específicas frente al proceso de inclusión laboral.

“En el marco de la conmemoración del Día Internacional de las personas con discapacidad valoramos el rol de las personas y sus organizaciones, que son fundamentales para avanzar en materia de discapacidad aportando siempre desde su experiencia en el desarrollo de nuestra región y el país”.

En tanto, para Raúl Martínez, Seremi de Desarrollo Social y Familia, si bien “es responsabilidad del gobierno ayudar a las personas en situación de discapacidad, es de suma importancia que tanto el gobierno como organizaciones o fundaciones trabajemos en conjunto para que las PeSD tengan sus necesidades completas. En ese sentido, actualmente estamos trabajando para avanzar hacia una mejor accesibilidad universal de nuestra región y sus ciudades”.

En la misma línea, Carlos Leal, Seremi del Trabajo, explicó “que el programa de capacitación da cumplimiento a la Ley 21.015 y responde al anhelo social de sus beneficiarios”.

El compromiso de las empresas

En este contexto, el presidente de la Fundación Chilena para la Discapacidad valoró “la gran disposición de las empresas a continuar aportando a estas iniciativas” y apuntó a que “existe una necesidad de acceder a mejores oportunidades de trabajo y de capacitación, por lo tanto, estamos satisfechos de traer esta iniciativa a la zona con el respaldo de las autoridades locales”.

Para Alejandra Martínez, encargada de Desarrollo de personas de Zañartu Ingeniero Consultores SpA, holding que controla a la constructora San José, la metodología de trabajo de la fundación es muy distinta a la de otras entidades, sobre todo, porque integran a su círculo más cercano, lo que la vuelve muy útil.

“Lo que más nos atrajo de su propuesta es el trabajo que realizan con las familias de las personas en situación de discapacidad y el acompañamiento que brindan durante todo el proceso de incorporación al mundo laboral. También nos resultó atractivo cómo la fundación capacita a las empresas en el trato hacia ellos”, indicó la representante de la compañía.

A juicio de Jorge Bustos, gerente general de Inmopac, “se trata de una valiosa oportunidad de entrenar personas a través de la fundación y poder lograr una inserción exitosa no solo a nivel laboral sino también en la sociedad misma”.
