En el marco del Plan de Contingencia COVID-19 implementado por el Instituto de Previsión Social (IPS), el Equipos de Atenciones Domiciliarias de Emergencia, registra desde mayo hasta la fecha, más de 100 visitas in situ a usuarios y usuarias que cuentan con casos críticos o que no pueden desplazarse a una sucursal por motivos de la Pandemia sanitaria.

Roberto Díaz Lastarria, director del IPS Atacama, aseguró que, “el trabajo realizado por el Equipo de Atenciones Domiciliarias responde al llamado que nos hace el Presidente Sebastián Piñera para facilitar el acceso de los adultos mayores a los beneficios del Estado, particularmente en pandemia, cuando necesitamos protegerlos. Esta semana con las visitas realizadas a usuarios de Toledo, Puerto Viejo y Copiapó llegamos a las 100 atenciones de este equipo que refleja nuestro compromiso como institución con la ciudadanía».

Por su parte, Carolina Varas Sepúlveda, Coordinadora de Servicio al Cliente en Atacama destacó el trabajo realizado «ERADE es un programa de acción muy significativo para nosotros, porque nos permite profundizar el trabajo que realizamos en terreno, llevando a IPS/ChileAtiende hasta la casa de quienes no pueden acceder a las oficinas y tampoco a las plataformas digitales de atención remota por falta de conexión o brechas digitales».

Desde su implementación en la región, se registran 100 atenciones en esta modalidad, las cuales se concentran en la Provincia de Copiapó con 62 atenciones y 37 en la Provincia del Huasco. Entre los trámites más solicitados se encuentran el ingreso de solicitudes de beneficios del Pilar Solidario y la entrega del Bono Bodas de Oro.

Cabe destacar la labor del equipo ERADE del IPS, el cual se encuentra conformado por siete funcionarios y funcionarias de las sucursales de Vallenar, Chañaral, Copiapó y de la Direcciones Regional, quienes son los encargados de abordar las atenciones en las tres provincias de la región.

REQUISITOS DE ENTRADA:

·        Que la persona se encuentre imposibilitada de concurrir personalmente a alguna de las sucursales IPS operativas más cercana a su domicilio, por circunstancias del todo plausibles, debidamente documentadas en los registros de la visita respectiva.

MEDIDAS SANITARIAS:

Acotar que el equipo de trabajo del IPS cuenta con un protocolo de seguridad estricto, el que el personal cuenta con diferentes elementos de protección personal tales como: Overol, Antiparras, Mascarilla, Guantes. Asimismo, durante todo el transcurso de las atenciones, el personal utiliza jabón gel u otros insumos desinfectantes para limpiar sus manos antes e inmediatamente después de cada atención que efectúen.
