Entregan ambulancia valorada en más de $ 68 millones

Con una inversión de más de 68 millones de pesos por parte del Ministerio de Salud se hizo entrega de una moderna ambulancia que está incluida en el proyecto de la construcción y mejoramiento del Servicio de Asistencia Resolutiva (SAR) de Caldera, cuya unidad había sido esperada por las autoridades municipales, las cuales agradecieron el aporte, ya que “en tiempo de pandemia viene a reforzar la labor que desarrolla nuestro Servicio de Atención Primaria de Urgencia (Sapu)”.

La alcaldesa Brunilda González dijo que lo que hizo el Servicio de Salud fue anticipar la entrega de la unidad para ofrecer un mejor servicio a los pacientes y, al mismo tiempo, “entregar una mayor seguridad de atención en el Sapu de Caldera”.

La ambulancia se utilizará en las tareas de rescate y traslado de pacientes con riesgo vital, permitiendo el manejo del paciente crítico, ya que cuenta con una dotación de personal capacitado. Dentro de su equipamiento posee un monitor desfibrilador de alta tecnología, que permite realizar electrocardiografías, bomba de aspiración portátil, bombas de infusión continúa, glucómetro, oxígeno central portátil e insumos farmacológicos para atención en reanimación avanzada, Camilla para rescate y una silla de ruedas para rescate en altura para personas con discapacidad.
