En prisión preventiva quedó Luis Díaz Espinoza, imputado por el delito de parricidio de su hijo de 11 años en Palmilla, región de O’Higgins.
Así se determinó en la formalización de cargos realizada en el Juzgado de Garantía de Peralillo, luego que el hombre confesara su responsabilidad en el brutal crimen del menor, quien murió tras recibir varias puñaladas a orillas del río Tinguiririca.
De acuerdo a lo relatado por el fiscal jefe de Santa Cruz, Gabriel Meza, el análisis de celulares y redes sociales del niño y su padre lograron comprobar que este último citó a la víctima al lugar.
“Se lograron recuperaron esas conversaciones, donde efectivamente lo citaba en la ribera del río, un sector alejado de la casa del niño, donde con un objeto cortopunzante le dio muchas heridas y le causó la muerte”, detalló.
El hombre le envió mensajes por Instagram para concretar el encuentro, incluso le pidió que borrara el registro de las conversaciones.
El tribunal dio 120 días de plazo para la investigación, donde no se descarta se presenten agravantes, como por ejemplo, respecto “a la forma de cómo se planeó esto, la forma del ataque, el lugar dónde ocurrió este hecho -al ser un lugar bastante aislado- y porque existe una diferencia física entre padre e hijo”, precisó el fiscal.
Díaz arriesga penas de presidio perpetuo calificado, que van desde 15 años y 1 día.
