Detienen a prófugo de amplio prontuario policial que mantenía cuatro órdenes de detención vigentes
Detectives de la Brigada de Investigación Criminal (Bicrim) de la PDI Copiapó, realizaron un procedimiento donde detuvieron a una persona que mantenía cuatro órdenes de aprehensión vigentes, y contaba con antecedentes policiales.
El imputado registraba órdenes de detención por los delitos de manejo en estado de ebriedad, lesiones y ocultación de identidad, robo en lugar no habilitado y posesión de fuegos artificiales e infringir normas higiénicas. Además, mantiene antecedentes policiales por el delito de porte de armas, y también por los mismos delitos ya indicados.
“Esta persona, estando en conocimiento de que la justicia requería su presencia, procedió a ocultarse en distintos lugares para evadir la labor policial. No obstante, diligencias investigativas de los detectives de la Bicrim Copiapó, permitieron dar con su paradero, procediendo a su detención para así ser puesto a disposición del Tribunal de Garantía, quedando en prisión preventiva en cumplimiento de una de las condenas que mantenía por los delitos señalados”, señaló el subprefecto César Ramírez, Jefe de la Brigada de Investigación Criminal de la PDI Copiapó.
