Personal de la Sección Especializada del SEBV, en circunstancias que realizaban diligencias propias de la especialidad, en pasaje Lanalhue frente al Nro. 1086 realizó controles de Identidad preventivos en el lugar, controlando al ciudadano *D.N.G.V. quien mantenía 3 órdenes de detención en su contra, emanadas dos de ellas del Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó y una causa del Juzgado de Garantía de Angol, todas por el delito de hurto, procediendo a su detención y lectura de derechos.
El imputado fue presentado durante la jornada de ayer al Tribunal de Garantía de Copiapó para la audiencia de control de detención.
