Desde este 1 de abril contribuyentes podrán pagar en línea primera cuota o el total de contribuciones 2021

La Tesorería General de la República informó que el viernes 30 de abril vence el plazo para pagar la primera cuota de contribuciones de bienes raíces de este año. Desde este jueves, los contribuyentes podrán acceder al detalle de sus cuotas 2021, proceso que refleja la distribución de los pagos de quienes se acogieron al beneficio de postergación de las cuotas correspondientes a septiembre y noviembre de 2020.

Ingresando al sitio tgr.cl, en la opción Pagos / Pago de Contribuciones en Línea, los usuarios podrán cumplir el pago de su cuota de abril de este año y optar al pago total de este impuesto incluyendo las cuatro cuotas 2021, como también conocer el saldo de la deuda en su respectiva Cartola Fiscal, accediendo con su Clave Tributaria o Clave Única.

Para facilitar el pago de las cuotas postergadas el año 2020, como parte de los beneficios del Plan Económico de Emergencia, la Tesorería dispuso su redistribución, con el fin de aliviar la carga financiera de los contribuyentes. De este modo, los montos postergados pueden ser pagados de manera parcelada junto con los vencimientos de 2021, en abril, junio, septiembre y noviembre.

En virtud de dicho beneficio, más de 730 mil personas naturales, propietarias de inmuebles con destino habitacional y con un avalúo fiscal de hasta UF 5.000, a julio de 2020, pudieron postergar sus cuotas 3 y 4. Ello se sumó a la postergación automática de la cuota de abril pasado, que a su vez fue redistribuida en los vencimientos de junio, septiembre y noviembre de 2020, sin distinción de los avalúos de las propiedades que pagan contribuciones. Del universo total de roles con destino habitacional, más de 207 mil propiedades se acogieron a los beneficios.

Los usuarios pueden efectuar el pago a través del sitio web www.tgr.cl, desde cualquier lugar a través de su computador o smartphone. Quienes prefieran pagar en forma presencial, pueden solicitar el cupón de pago también en la web, menú Pago de Contribuciones / Cupón de Pago, o en los más de 190 puntos de atención de ChileAtiende, a lo largo del país, y luego cancelar en alguna sucursal bancaria, en CajaVecina de BancoEstado – con más de 30 mil puntos en todo Chile – o en locales Sencillito.

El Tesorero Regional, Arturo Moreno Werner, llamó a los contribuyentes a “preferir los canales virtuales, pagando en nuestro sitio tgr.cl, de manera fácil, segura, rápida y cuidándose, en el contexto de la pandemia que vivimos”.

Asimismo, destacó que debido a las medidas de alivio económico que permitieron postergar algunas cuotas en 2020, “los niveles de cumplimiento de los chilenos y chilenas siguieron siendo altos. Ello explica que el año pasado el Fondo Común Municipal, cuya principal fuente de financiamiento lo constituyen los impuestos de bienes raíces, haya cerrado con un 0,3% de aumento respecto a 2019”, relevando el efecto redistributivo de este fondo, que permite que las comunas de mayores ingresos aporten más, para financiar las obras sociales de aquellas de menores ingresos, especialmente las ubicadas en zonas rurales.
