Descartan aparición de coronavirus en Chile en el hospital FACH
La Fuerza Aérea de Chile (FACh) descartó un contagio por Covid-19, que ha dejado más de 2 mil muertos en el mundo y especialmente en China.
La información nace luego que en redes sociales se divulgara que en un box del hospital de la institución se atendía a una paciente que presentaba síntomas que podrían deberse a dicha enfermedad.
Sin embargo, tras los exámenes de rigor, se informó que la mujer presentaba un cuadro de Influenza tipo A.
Según el comunicado de la institución armada, “una paciente se presentó hoy durante la mañana en el Servicio de Urgencia del Hospital Clínico de la Fuerza Aérea, con síntomas atribuibles al virus Covid-19. De forma rápida y oportuna, el personal del centro asistencial FACh siguió el protocolo de control dispuesto por el Ministerio de Salud para estos casos, adoptando medidas de precaución para sus funcionarios“.
