Dan a conocer a ganadoras de los premios regionales de Cultura, Arte y Patrimonio
La Seremi María Cecilia Simunovic Ramírez dio a conocer a las ganadoras de los Premios Regionales de Cultura, Arte y Patrimonio 2021, galardón que en esta oportunidad destaca y reconoce la trayectoria de las artistas, gestoras y/o cultoras con más 15 años desarrollando iniciativas significativas en el rescate y fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural regional. El reconocimiento que realiza anualmente la Secretaría Regional Ministerial de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio, es parte de las acciones consideradas en el Programa de Fortalecimiento de la Identidad Cultural Regional, y este año distinguió a 8 mujeres de diferentes comunas de Atacama, con excepción de Tierra Amarilla, que por segunda oportunidad consecutiva no presenta postulaciones.
Así lo dio a conocer la Seremi, comentando que “la convocatoria que realizamos para los premios regionales 2021, apuntó a relevar y poner en valor el trabajo y aporte de las mujeres artistas, creadoras, cultoras y gestoras de nuestra región, enfocándonos en su esfuerzo como mujeres artistas en el contexto de la pandemia, ya que esta agudizó las desigualdades preexistentes en materia de género, y sobre todo en el ámbito artístico-cultural, toda vez, que las mujeres han debido afrontar la pandemia postergando o abandonando la experiencia cultural creativa, y es por eso que este reconocimiento a 8 mujeres de nuestra región tiene un doble merito”, subrayó.
En este sentido, remarcó que el reconocimiento a las artistas, gestoras y/o cultoras apuntó a destacar la trayectoria comprobable por la excelencia, creatividad, aporte trascendente a la cultura regional, y al desarrollo de dichos campos, áreas del saber y de las artes, y en el desarrollo de iniciativas significativas en el rescate y fortalecimiento de la identidad atacameña, comentó María Cecilia Simunovic, agregando que las ganadoras del premio además de un reconocimiento formal, se hacen acreedoras de un aporte de un millón 111 mil pesos.
GANADORAS En Vallenar la galardonada es la gestora cultural, matriarca diaguita, y abandera de la fiesta de El Carrizo, María Varela Peralta, quién a sus 102 años conserva y resguarda el legado ancestral de su cultura y antepasados, profesando la fe y devoción a la Virgen del Rosario con sus bailes en la festividad de El Carrizo, y cultivando sus conocimientos como minera, arriera y criancera. Desde su nacimiento se mantiene viviendo feliz y agradecida en la Quebrada de Camarones al interior de Domeyko en el Mineral de Socavones. En la comuna de Huasco la ganadora es la gestora cultural, investigadora, y artista visual, María Pilar Triviño, quién a lo largo de su trayectoria no sólo ha desarrollado una exquisita técnica en la pintura, mosaicos, murales y tapices, experimentando e incorporando nuevas técnicas y materialidades a sus creaciones, sino que además ha compartido su conocimiento a la comunidad, aportando en la formación de nuevos artistas en la provincia del Huasco. En Freirina la ganadora de los premios regionales de cultura, arte y patrimonio es la artista visual Micaela Pérez Torres, que con sus 69 años aún practica y desempeña la disciplina del vaciado en greda, la que aprendió estudiando 2 años en instituto INACAP, para luego ser la encargada de dar clases y traspasar su conocimiento niños, jóvenes, adultos y adultos mayores en la comuna que está radicada desde su nacimiento. Sus piezas han representan a la región y la comuna a nivel nacional e internacional en Estados Unidos y diversos países de Europa. Su inspiración nace de la cultura diaguita de su comuna, y en su taller resaltan los colores; negro, rojo, blanco y el color natural de la greda, manteniendo con vida el legado cultural de las etnias indígenas de la región. En Diego de Almagro se adjudica el reconocimiento la artista visual y gestora cultural Mónica Thompson Molina, que desde muy pequeña trabaja la artesanía creando con el ejemplo de sus padres. Esta artista Diaguita es conocedora de su cultura ancestral, la que ha divulgado y trasmitido a la comunidad con especial foco en las nuevas generaciones, a lo que suma la creación de diversas organizaciones ligadas a la cultura y el arte. El 2021 fue una de las tres artesanas reconocidas por la calidad de su trabajo por el Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio a través del Registro Nacional de Artesanía. En la comuna de Copiapó la ganadora del premio regional es la destacada artista visual y escritora Mirtha Colman Guyot, autodidacta que proyecta sus 47 años de trayectoria a través de diversas manifestaciones, como la pintura, poesía, escultura, cerámica, y mosaicos, siendo la identidad local, la voz de la naturaleza y la mirada femenina un sello en sus obras. Mirtha ha contribuido además a la construcción de un puente entre artistas y espectadores, trabajando siempre por llegar a distintas comunidades, especialmente a las mujeres de Atacama. A lo largo de su carrera Mirtha ha sido parte importante de distintas organizaciones como la revista literaria Turquesa de El Salvador en los años 70, en la década de los 90 de la Agrupación de Artesanas del Pueblo de San Fernando, en la Sociedad de Escritores de Copiapó, y la Agrupación de Artistas Visuales de Copiapó. En Chañaral el premio regional es para la escritora Hilda Olivares Michea, quién ha desarrollado sus obra en los diferentes formatos de las artes literarias, representando a nuestra región en un sinfín de encuentros. Siempre preocupada y esforzada por acercar las letras, la cultura y el arte a la comunidad, ha llevado su pasión a la cárcel, hospitales, establecimientos educacionales, y diferentes lugares, participando activamente además de las diversas acciones de la Seremia de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio de Atacama, en el marco del Plan Regional de la Lectura. En la comuna de Caldera se adjudica el reconocimiento la actriz y poeta Nicole Balboa Zepeda, quién desde muy joven comenzó cultivando las artes escénicas, lo que a las 16 años le llevo a ser contratada como encargada del taller de teatro del Liceo Manuel Blanco Encalada, momento en el que comienza un despegue artístico que le lleva a dejar las fronteras del país llegando a diferentes escenarios y colaborando con diversas agrupaciones como Te Falta Calle, Teatro Experimental Satori, Movimiento Literal, Chile País de Poetas, entre otros. Su trabajo en el campo de las artes es extenso, pluricultural y diverso en sus formas de manifestarse, siendo la descentralización de la obra atacameña, la educación popular en el arte y el fortalecimiento de la mujer sus pilares fundamentales de creación, colectivización y publicación de su obra.
En la comuna de Alto del Carmen el premio entregado por la Seremi de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio, es para la connotada artesana y gestora cultural Diaguita Paula Carvajal Bórquez, quién hace unos días atrás asistió al Palacio de la Moneda para ser reconocida como una de las 100 mujeres líderes del país, por su contribución al arte y la cultura, por su aporte a la comunidad de su territorio en el Valle de San Félix, y por sus esfuerzos para investigar, preservar y transmitir su cultura a través de la artesanía indígena, textilería, patrimonio alimentario, tradición oral, herbolaria, cosmovisión diaguita, entre otros saberes.
