Cristian Garin terminó 2019 como número uno de Chile
Luego de concretar la mejor temporada de su carrera, Cristian Garin acabó un año por primera vez como número de Chile al rematar en el casillero 33 del escalafón mundial.
El jugador nacional sumó dos títulos y ello le valió escalar más de 50 posiciones desde diciembre de 2018, superando lo realizado por Nicolás Jarry, quien acumuló un título y cedió el número uno de Chile al perder cerca de 30 lugares en los últimos 12 meses.
El podio de los tenistas nacionales lo logró Alejandro Tabilo, quien terminó el curso en el puesto 213, luego de cuajar también su mejor temporada (fue 206° en noviembre) al escalar más de 300 casilleros desde el año pasado.
