Copiapinos se reúnen en Plaza de Armas para celebrar al Presidente Boric

Este mediodía se vivió la culminación de un momento histórico para Chile, Gabriel Boric Font asumió como nuevo presidente de Chile en lugar de Sebastián Piñera Echeñique.

La expectativa y celebraciones colmaron los diferentes puntos del país y Atacama no fue la excepción. Cerca del momento en que el Presidente Boric asumía oficialmente como presidente, decenas de copiapinos acudieron a la Plaza de Armas de la ciudad para acompañar a la distancia.

Entre ellos también estaba Gerardo Tapia, recientemente nombrado como nuevo Delegado Presidencial para la gestión del Presidente Boric, quien en pocas palabras indicó que lo único que le ha pedido el presidente ha sido «trabajar. El presidente nos ha pedido que trabajemos y que hagamos todo lo que corresponde, vamos a plasmar su programa en Atacama, con su territorio, con su gente».
