Condenan a hombre mató a su perro ahorcándolo
A una pena de 541 días de presidio, más una multa de 2 UTM (alrededor de $100 mil), fue condenado un hombre que ahorcó hasta la muerte a su perro en La Cisterna.
El hecho ocurrió el 26 de febrero de 2019 en La Cisterna, cuando Rojas Arriagada le quitó la vida a su mascota, un perro mestizo de pastor belga.
Para llegar a la condena declararon testigos de cómo murió “Drax“, además de la presentación de un informe médico de la Brigada de Delitos Medio Ambientales (Bidema) de la PDI que confirmó la causa de muerte.
Sin embargo, el responsable no irá a la cárcel ya que se le concedió la pena sustitutiva de remisión condicional de la pena. Además, se le aplicó la pena accesoria que le prohíbe tener animales de forma perpetua.
Según informó el Diario Constitucional, para determinar la condena de Rodrigo Rojas Arriagada se tuvo en cuenta que no tenía antecedentes penales y tenía irreprochable conducta anterior.
