Concurso de la CNR entregará más de $1.800 millones en bonificaciones a Pequeños Regantes y OUA del Norte Chico

**** Hasta las 23:59 horas del 8 de marzo de 2022 podrán realizarse las postulaciones a esta nueva convocatoria de la Comisión Nacional de Riego, únicamente a través de la página web de la CNR: www.cnr.gob.cl.

.Apoyar a los agricultores a enfrentar el déficit hídrico, especialmente en aquellas zonas más vulnerables y afectadas por el cambio climático, es el propósito de la convocatoria 04-2022 “Concurso de obras civiles para las regiones de Atacama y Plan Piloto región de Coquimbo”, llamado de la Comisión Nacional de Riego (CNR) por $1.875 millones, que beneficiará a pequeños agricultores y diversos tipos de organizaciones.                     De acuerdo con las bases, este concurso está dirigido a bonificar obras civiles de acumulación y obras civiles de riego, que podrán incorporar sistema de telecontrol y/o telemetría, tales como sensores o datalogger, entre otros, y busca actualizar la dotación accionaria de las cuencas/ subcuencas para entregar un valor real y cercano a la realidad que se vive hoy en la región afectada por la sequía, y que sean presentados por pequeños productores agrícolas INDAP, o potencial INDAP y No INDAP, pequeños productores agrícola, Comunidades y Asociaciones Indígenas y Organizaciones de Usuarios, constituidas o en vías de constitución.

Respecto a esta convocatoria, el Coordinador Zonal Norte Chico de la CNR, Felipe Ventura, dijo que “este concurso refleja el compromiso de la Comisión Nacional de Riego con las regiones de Atacama y Coquimbo, donde las obras civiles son las que más se ejecutan. Este llamado cuenta con un Plan Piloto dirigido a la Región de Coquimbo para que puedan acceder a las bonificaciones aquellos sectores y comunas que generalmente tienen dificultades para participar y acceder a los recursos de la Ley de Riego y Drenaje.”    “En este llamado disponemos de $650 millones para la región de Atacama y $1.225 millones para la región de Coquimbo, por lo que invitamos a nuestros regantes a participar de este concurso, que es una importante herramienta para los agricultores, particularmente frente al actual escenario de escasez hídrica”, añadió Felipe Ventura.

Al respecto, el Seremi de Agricultura de la región de Atacama, Patricio Araya, destacó que “este concurso permite a quienes postulen concretar obras civiles de conducción y de acumulación que permitirá que, en este escenario de cambio climático, el recurso llegue con más facilidad y caudal hasta los predios, asegurando así el riego. Quiero destacar que este concurso, al destinar recursos solo para dos regiones, les entrega mayores posibilidades a nuestros regantes, que podrán presentar proyectos en beneficio de pequeños canales, los que históricamente no pueden acceder a estos recursos por competir con otros mucho más grandes”. Por su parte, el Seremi (s) de Agricultura de Coquimbo, José  Sepúlveda, mencionó que “sin duda que el concurso que está presentando la Comisión Nacional de Riego, que contempla la ejecución de este plan piloto para la región de Coquimbo es una importante noticia tanto para pequeños agricultores INDAP y no INDAP, como para las comunidades agrícolas y organizaciones de pequeños productores agrícolas de la zona, quienes podrán acceder a estas bonificaciones y además contar con datos reales y actuales sobre la dotación accionaria de las cuencas. Una información que es clave y muy relevante ante la condición de sequía presente en nuestra región, que ha afectado el normal desarrollo de los procesos productivos”.                                                                                                                            Las bases de este llamado ya están publicadas en la página web de la CNR:  www.cnr.gob.cly las postulaciones concluyen a las 23:59 horas del 8 de marzo de 2022, únicamente a través del mismo sitio web.
