Comunidad educativa de Escuela Bruno Zavala y SLEP Atacama sostuvieron reunión para definir acciones tendientes a mejorar la situación sanitaria del establecimiento

En paralelo a este diálogo entre padres, apoderados, profesores y el SLEP, durante la mañana se pudieron apreciar, sobre todo a través de las redes sociales, algunos hechos de violencia, que según se informó durante la jornada, provinieron de parte de un grupo de alumnos de unos de los liceos de la capital regional, esto afectó principalmente al Liceo Mercedes Fritis Mackenney, cuyo Centro de Padres, Madres y Apoderados, emitió una declaración condenando los hechos y anunciando posibles acciones judiciales contra quienes resulten responsables.

Con el objeto de exigir el mejoramiento de las condiciones sanitarias del establecimiento educacional, el Centro General de Padres, Madres y Apoderados de la Escuela Bruno Zavala de Copiapó, convocó a una movilización, durante la mañana de ayer, en las afueras del Servicio Local de Educación Pública de Atacama (SLEP), donde fueron recibidos por la institución, lo que generó a la larga un diálogo que logró definir compromisos, acuerdos y tiempos para ir en ayuda de la situación que afecta a la comunidad educativa.

Rosa Flores Quevedo, Presidenta del Centro General de Padres y Apoderados de la Escuela Bruno Zavala, comentó:

“En este momento la escuela está pasando por una situación crítica en lo que es lo sanitario, con plagas de palomas, falta de personal de aseo, con dos personas en esas labores para un universo de 1200 estudiantes, no dan abasto, sobre todo por las dimensiones del establecimiento. Ese fue uno de los principales temas que se tocó en esta reunión con SLEP, donde ya nos están dando soluciones a corto plazo, ya se envió un equipo a limpiar, pero para nosotros no es suficiente esto, es necesario erradicar la plaga de palomas”.

“Habíamos tenido una reunión anterior con SLEP, donde las respuestas fueron muy escuetas, sin fechas, sin compromisos, pero hoy en esta reunión, gracias a la movilización de nuestros apoderados, se lograron tener ya fechas concretas, así que por ese lado estamos contentos, pero también estamos a la espera que esto se cumple, porque a veces pueden efectuarse reuniones, pero lo que interesa es el cumplimiento dentro de los tiempos pertinentes, de las soluciones que nos están dando”, agregó.

Por su parte, Carlos Rodríguez, Presidente Regional del Colegio de Profesores y Profesoras de Atacama expresó en la ocasión:

“Los apoderados se habían contactado con nosotros la semana pasada, y habíamos tenido la posibilidad de plantearle, el jueves pasado, en otro contexto, al sostenedor, la situación. Estamos en un 100% de acuerdo con el Centro General de Padres, hay una resolución sanitaria respecto de la escuela, que la mantiene cerrada, o sea, es así de grave, y en ese sentido, al petitorio, que son varios puntos que se están planteando, hubo respuesta, e inmediata, ya se está trabajando en el establecimiento, en cuanto a fechas faltó cierta definición, porque pueden haber adelantamientos o que se requiera más tiempo, pero en general los apoderados quedaron bastante conformes, y hay un ofrecimiento que es importante, que es reunirse con los sub-centros, tanto del primer como del segundo ciclo, para ir dando a conocer las soluciones, eso nos da una conclusión general, que el establecimiento tiene que cumplir todas las resoluciones sanitarias, sobre todo en medio de la pandemia, para poder cumplir con su función fundamental de enseñanza, podemos decir que quedó instalado un plan de trabajo en base a las peticiones del Centro General de Padres”.

“Las confianzas están rotas, para poder reconstruirlas, fuimos insistentes en la documentación de los compromisos, en las contrataciones, por lo tanto se va a armar una carpeta de antecedentes que permitan ir chequeando eso regularmente”, añadió.

Por otro lado, Pedro Lagos, Director (S) del Servicio Local de Educación Pública de Atacama, (SLEP), manifestó:

“Con los apoderados de la Escuela Bruno Zavala, ya habíamos tenido una ronda de conversaciones, en una mesa de trabajo que hicimos, ya que ellos estaban levantando una serie de necesidades y requerimientos que tenían en la escuela. En esa ronda hicimos unos compromisos, y lo que ellos ahora nos están pidiendo, es un compromiso más completo ya con fechas determinadas, llegamos a un acuerdo que está absolutamente alineado con las posibilidades que tenemos como servicio, tenemos contratos de mantenimiento, de control de plagas, de aseo, que toman su tiempo puesto que tienen que atravesar por un proceso, pero ya estamos en condiciones de asumir esos acuerdos”.

HECHOS DE VIOLENCIA

En paralelo a este diálogo entre padres, apoderados, profesores y el SLEP, durante la mañana se pudieron apreciar, sobre todo a través de las redes sociales, algunos hechos de violencia, que según se informó durante la jornada, provinieron de parte de un grupo de alumnos de uno de los liceos de la capital regional,  lo que comenzó por desacuerdos con el establecimiento por la autorización a los estudiantes para concurrir a la movilización.

Los hechos afectaron principalmente al Liceo Mercedes Fritis, que sufrió algunos incidentes de vandalismo, de parte de estudiantes de otros establecimientos.

Al respecto se pronunció el Centro General de Padres y Apoderados de dicho liceo:

“El Centro General de Padres, Madres y Apoderados del Liceo Bicentenario Mercedes Fritis Mackenney, informa a la comunidad que no aceptamos ni validamos los hechos de violencia y vandalismo que sufrió nuestra comunidad educativa, protagonizada por un grupo de adolescentes y jóvenes de otros establecimientos educacionales. Exigir y luchar por los derechos no puede en ningún caso estar por sobre los derechos de los otros, repudiamos cualquier manifestación de violencia hacia los estudiantes y los funcionarios de la educación”, indicaron

Y añadieron “Tomaremos acciones judiciales de ser necesario buscando que la justicia castigue a los responsables”.

“Hacemos un llamado no solo a nuestros apoderados, sino a todos los padres, madres y apoderados de los demás establecimientos a mantenernos atentos a las acciones de nuestros hijos, ningún alumno o alumna debe molestar, hostigar, amenazar, violentar por pensar diferente. Hacemos un llamado a todos los dirigentes estudiantiles a buscar el dialogo como una herramienta eficaz e inteligente para alzar la voz y  exigir una educación digna y de calidad, erradicando la violencia, la falta de respeto a sus pares y a no destrozar lo que tanto nos cuesta conseguir para que sus mismos pares se eduquen en condiciones dignas”, agregaron.
